Giving Feedback Directly in Microsoft Teams

WorkStory is at its best when it's used through your team's existing communication tools. Microsoft Teams is a widely adopted tool and as such we want to make sure we're providing a streamlined experience through that platform.

One of the benefits to using WorkStory through Microsoft Teams is that not only do we occasionally send you requests for feedback, but you can also provide feedback to other team members, whenever you'd like, without leaving the chat.

Slash Commands

To enable feedback in Teams, we've created a new slash command. These are shortcut actions to give the user a faster way of managing a task.

By simply entering "/give-feedback", WorkStory users can share feedback instantly without having to log into the web platform.
