How does the process work?

In short, we take the traditional process and break it up into manageable pieces. This allows you to spend a minute or so per week on performance management rather than hours at a time when reviews roll around. Oh...and we use your favorite tools, like Slack, Teams, and email, rather than asking you to use another platform.

How does the free trial work?

The WorkStory trial provides you with a full version of the platform for thirty days. You'll find that you get the full experience of the software, so you know exactly what you're getting when you become a WorkStory customer.

How difficult is it to set up?

We take a very hands-on approach to setup. As such we'll do much of the heavy lifting so that you can stay focused on your work. Typical setup time is 1-2 weeks depending on how much time/energy you can commit.
