Meeting Participation and Learning
  1. How well does the employee participate in client meetings and legal discussions?
  2. Does the employee observe and learn from attorneys' interactions and strategies?
  3. Does the employee contribute to meeting preparation and follow-ups?
Legal Ethics and Compliance
  1. How does the employee understand and adhere to ethical and professional standards?
  2. Does the employee handle confidential information and data with care?
  3. Does the employee learn to uphold ethical conduct in legal tasks?
Overall Performance:
  • Summarize the employee's performance during the review period.
  • Highlight key strengths and areas for improvement.
Goals and Development:
