Managing review relationships is central to the WorkStory review process. Based on the rules you set, the system will schedule and send review requests to the requisite team members.
It's important to set these relationships when new team members are added and to adjust the relationships over time to make sure the most pertinent team members are providing feedback for each other.
Adding Review Relationships From a User's Dashboard
Click on People in the left-hand menu and navigate to the team member you’d like to review.
At the top, click on the Profile tab and then the Reviews sub-tab
The left column represents who this team member reviews while the right column represents who reviews this team member. Move employees from the central column into one or both of the left and right columns depending on who needs to be reviewing who.
Once you've added the relationship, click the dropdown arrow to expand and see the details. Here you can select which roles the user reviews by and at what frequency they should receive review requests.
After you've made your changes, scroll to the bottom and click Save to lock them in. From there, the system automatically schedules future reviews based on the adjustments made.
Adding Review Relationships From the Org Chart
Click on Organization>>Chart
Navigate to and click on the team member you'd like to adjust
