Team members can provide progress updates to their goals directly through the WorkStory platform - from their Dashboard - or via the progress updates sent to them in their designated communication channel.
To update a goal via the dashboard, directly:
Alternatively, when prompted for an update via a designated communication channel, the user will be able to provide a written update or request to be asked again at a later date - selecting this option will remove the request and a subsequent request will be sent at the next designated date based on the goal’s update frequency.
Any progress updates provided via Slack, Teams, Webex, or email will also be reflected in the goal progress history when viewing the goal.
