Review relationships and frequency are at the core of WorkStory. The system is built to give you complete customization in terms of who is providing feedback for team members and how often they should be asked to do so.
We work with team admins to establish these relationships when getting started and we encourage administrators and managers to keep a close eye on these so that changes can be made as the team grows.
Depending on the number of relationships team members have, we'd recommend starting off by setting reviews to occur between "Once per week" and "Every three weeks" in order to collect a good volume of performance data.
Setting or changing review scheduling is part of the process of setting review relationships. To see more on how to set relationships, visit our Assigning Review Relationships FAQ page.
To adjust review frequency or scheduling:
Click on Company in the left-hand menu and navigate to the team member you’d like to review.
At the top, click on the Reviews tab
The left column represents who this team member reviews while the right column represents who reviews this team member. Move employees from the central column into one or both of the left and right columns depending on who needs to be reviewing who.
To change review frequency, click the dropdown arrow to expand and see the details. Here you can select which roles the user reviews by and at what frequency they should receive review requests.
After you've made your changes, scroll to the bottom and click Save to lock them in. From there, the system automatically schedules future reviews based on the adjustments made.
