The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for clients within the agency.   1. What strategies does the employee use to foster long-term client relationships and loyalty?

Problem-Solving and Adaptability
  1. How does the employee approach and resolve problems that arise during campaigns or client interactions?

Results and Performance
  1. How consistently does the employee meet or exceed campaign targets and KPIs?
